FastFoodFridayFix: Burger King French Toast Sticks
crunchy, sweet, low calorie/carb version of Burger King’s french toast sticks!

  1. toast bread until golden brown
  2. heat your cast iron skillet on med-high heat and coat it with no stick coconut cooking oil spray
  3. whisk eggs, cinnamon, vanilla creamer, vanilla extract, butter extract, sea salt, and Stevia in a mixing bowl.
  4. cut toasted bread into strips (3 or 4..i did 3 so the sticks wouldn’t be too skinny/flimsy) and dunk them into the batter (2-3 seconds on each side)
  5. lay sticks on one side and cook for 3 min or so… flip and cook an additional 3 min or until browned/golden/crispy.
  6. dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with syrup!
