1. set griddle to HIGH; coat with no stick cooking spray
2. combine milk, eggs, cinnamon, extracts, sea salt, & stevia in mixing bowl
3. dip bread slices quickly (on both sides) in your batter
4. place on griddle; cook for approx. 4 -5 min on each side or until golden/crispy
5. toast raw coconut in a dry pan on medium heat; move and shake around until lightly toasted. keep an eye on it!
6. top toast with sugar-free syrup and toasted coconut. enjoy!
