Instructions
  1. take a large deep pot on medium heat and sauté your ground bison until done (no pink)
  2. add onion and sauté for 5 minutes. add garlic and shallots and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. excluding the beans, add in everything else! bring pot to a boil; reduce and simmer for 45 minutes
  4. add in the beans and sauté on low for 15 minutes more
  5. add in your favorite chili toppings and eat up!
